The FedEx Office® Business Center is located in the Mirage Theatre Lobby next to Roasted Bean. The staffed hours of assistance are Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am - 4:00pm, along with 24 hour access to computer rental stations with internet and printing.

Submit your order for your meeting or event in advance, and the materials will be waiting for you at The Mirage when you arrive. Files may be uploaded directly to the on‐site FedEx Office here.

Receiving

We accept all incoming carriers, and handling fees will apply. All incoming guest packages are processed and held at the business center. To avoid delays, it is important to schedule the arrival of your shipment 2‐3 days prior to the recipient needing the package. Once a package is processed, we make all efforts to put a notification on the registered guest’s room.

Shipping

For outbound same business day FedEx shipping, all shipments must be received and processed by 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 12:00 pm on Saturdays. UPS outbound shipments must be pre‐metered and received by 2 pm Monday through Friday to leave that business day. Shipments received after these times will go out the next business day. For outbound shipments, we accept FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and handling fees will apply.

Inbound/Outbound Processing Fees

FedEx Office charges a handling fee based on the weight of each package. Shipping/handling fees are subject to change:

0-1 lbs. - $7.00
1-10 lbs. - $10.00
10-20 lbs. - $15.00
20-30 lbs. - $20.00
30-40 lbs. - $25.00
40-50 lbs. - $30.00
50-75 lbs. - $40.00
75-100 lbs. - $50.00
100-150 lbs. - $70.00
Pallets & Crates* - $0.75 / lb. ($250.00 Minimum)

For pickup or delivery of packages, additional fees apply. Please see the Package Shipping Instructions sheet for additional information here.

*A labor fee of $70.00 per hour will apply for breaking down pallets, building pallets, or excessive package handling/moving due to a customer’s request. The minimum time for each request is 30 minutes at $35.The labor fee can be charged in 15 minute increments after that.

FROM THE MIRAGE SELF-PARKING/NORTH VALET

Walk past the front desk towards the casino and turn right just past the Lobby Bar through the Atrium. Turn right past Heritage Steak towards OTORO. Turn left and walk through the casino floor towards The Still. Continue through the retail promenade and into the convention center. FedEx will be on your right, just after the coffee shop and before the Mirage Theatre.

FROM THE MAIN VALET (STRIP ENTRANCE)

Enter the resort from Las Vegas Boulevard. Walk through the two bronzed mermaid statues and through the Atrium. Turn right past Heritage Steak towards OTORO. Turn left and walk through the casino floor towards The Still. Continue through the retail promenade and into the convention center. FedEx will be on your right, just after the coffee shop and before the Mirage Theatre.
