Hotel Reservation Terms & Conditions
General Policy
- Guest must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to a room. Children 17 and younger stay free when accompanied by an adult 21 or older in the same room.
- Valid photo ID (Driver's license, passport, military ID) and credit card is required upon check-in.
- A resort fee of $42 per night plus tax will be charged at the time of check-out.
- Rates are subject to change pending completion of a successful booking.
- Room requests are based on availability at time of arrival, including smoking and/or bed preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
- If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 3 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
- Complimentary or Casino Rated reservations require the primary guest to be present and check-in, rates subject to change if the primary guest is not available upon check-in. Guest will be charged $100 for a no-show fee for Complimentary Rooms not cancelled. Reservations are subject to cancelation at 9pm on night of arrival unless the front desk is notified of late arrival and a No-Show fee of $100 will apply. No-Show fee is subject to change at anytime without notice.
- Hotel Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you arrive prior to 3:00 PM, you may check with the Front Desk for room availability. Should early check-in for your reservation be unavailable, our Bell Desk can store your luggage at no charge until your room is ready, gratuity appreciated.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your travel plans necessitate a later Check-out, please contact the Front Desk to check to see if a late Check-out is available, either the evening prior to your departure or the morning of your departure. Please note that 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM late Check-outs may be available at an additional fee for in-house guests. Should later Check-out not be available, please call the Bell Desk from your guestroom for luggage pick-up and storage until your departure.
- Parking: Registered Hotel Guests: Your 24-hour parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) within the same 24 hour period (subject to availability). Use your room key to access all parking facilities until 11:59 p.m. on the day of check out. Parking may be conveniently charged to your room bill.
- Parking: Short-term Visitors For all guests: Your first hour in self-parking is free. For Nevada residents: receive first 3 hours of Self-Park at no charge, except during special events, with valid Nevada driver license and are subject to Self-Park rates thereafter. You will not receive the complimentary 3 hours of parking if you insert your parking ticket at the Self-Parking Pay on Foot kiosks. For expedited exit, keep your parking ticket with you and pay at kiosk prior to returning to your vehicle.
- Outside food or beverage is not permitted on property. Personal coolers are allowed for medicinal purposes only.
- A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests smoking in non-smoking rooms.
Guarantee Policy
A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. A daily resort fee of $42.00 will be charged to your room at check in, and it is not included in today’s deposit. This deposit will be refunded in full if reservation is cancelled by 3:00pm on the day before arrival. If you should need to cancel your reservation, please call before 3:00pm the day before your intended arrival in order to obtain a deposit refund. Full pre-payment may be required for special events, holidays, packages, and non-refundable discounted rates when available. A $100 per night deposit for incidentals is required at check in. Credit card used to make this reservation is required at check-in. If not, any deposit made during reservation will be refunded onto the original credit card and a new credit card must be supplied for payment. Card holder must be present with valid ID.

Pet Policy
We're just as obsessed with your four legged friends as you are. The Mirage gladly offers dog friendly rooms so your pup won't miss out on any belly rubs or midday cuddles while you're traveling. We've even made sure Fido has a special menu and a place to take care of business.
Guidelines
- Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
- A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
- A charge of $100 per night, per dog plus tax for rooms and $150 per night, per dog plus tax for suites will be applied to your account.
- Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through. Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites and the designated outdoor dog park located on property.
- Your dog cannot be left unattended in your room or suite at any time unless placed in a kennel or carrier.
- Should you require a dog sitter, please contact our Concierge staff.
- Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when he/she is in the Hotel or on the Hotel property unless it is in your room or suite.
- If you require Housekeeping service, please contact our Housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for service.
- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dog on Hotel property. Dog relief areas are available outside of The Mirage with waste disposal dispensers.
- Dogs must be fully house trained. We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please call our Housekeeping department immediately so we may try to prevent any permanent damage.
